EZminder Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EZminder (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The Service

EZminder helps you track important dates for the people you care about and, when enabled, can assist with sending reminders, messages, and gifts on your behalf through third-party partners.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

EZminder Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and as a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of an active subscription term. A 7-day free trial (if offered) converts to the selected paid plan automatically unless canceled before it ends.

4. Auto-Gifting & Third-Party Orders

When you enable auto-actions (flowers, gifts, messages), you authorize EZminder to place orders with third-party partners using the payment methods and spend caps you configure. You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining those settings. Third-party partners are solely responsible for fulfilling their orders.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the reminders, names, and messages you add. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate the App on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to harass others, send unlawful content, or reverse engineer the service.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders or automated orders will always be delivered on time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZminder and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
