Summary
We built EZminder to help you remember the people you love. We keep your data minimal, we do not sell it, and most of your reminders stay on your device.
Data We Store on Your Device
Reminders, recipient names and dates, preferences, addresses and payment methods you save, and profile info are stored locally on your device.
Data We Process on Our Servers
To support subscriptions and automated gifting, we process:
- A pseudonymous subscription identifier from RevenueCat.
- Order details you explicitly confirm (partner, product, delivery address) when placing an auto-gift.
- Diagnostic and crash information.
Third-Party Services
We use Apple In-App Purchases for subscriptions, RevenueCat for subscription receipts, and partner merchants (florists, gift shops) to fulfill orders you authorize. Each service has its own privacy practices.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not request your contacts, location, or health data. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell personal data.
Your Choices
You can disable auto-actions at any time in Settings. You can delete the app to remove all locally stored data. To request deletion of server-side subscription or order data, email support@ezminder.app.
Children
EZminder is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be highlighted inside the App.
